TOP 10 PRACTICAL WAYS TO MAKE YOUR INSTANT HOTEL (AIRBNB) BEDROOM LOOK EXPENSIVE

If you're looking to be "blown away' hotel "errrday" is what I call it. When I met my partner. Since we're nomads by the way, we've spent our nights mostly in luxurious hotel beds (did I mention we're both sleep deprived, due to work that is LOL) what more practical way of experiencing it with these easy bedroom upgrades, the savvy way...

White White White. What can I say white scientifically induces sleep and instantly endorses cleanliness. It is also one of the gold standard of hotel beds or in the hospitality business as a whole.

"It's so fluffy im gonna die" Research conducted among 1,000 UK hotel guests in 2015 revealed how to achieve the ‘gold standard’ for towels and bed linen. (commissioned by Berendsen Today UK) It’s clear that for the ultimate experience, hotels should think about towel size, scent and fluffiness as well as the more traditional towel and bed linen considerations such as cleanliness.”

Pillows Pillows Pillows. There's something so luxurious about plush, overfilled throw pillows, which goes a long way in transforming your bedroom from "everyday" to a bonafide retreat that emulates the most sumptuous of hotels.

Spend your nights in luxury with these easy bedroom upgrades.

Add a hanging or interesting light fixture. The boob lights have got to go. Replace them with a statement-making hanging light or a glamorous chandelier. No need to spend too much money — just get the look or maybe a DIY (IKEA, Target or KMART is your best friend)

Streamlined nightstand. If you're anything like us, your nightstand is a hodgepodge of essential items: Specs, quarter-finished self help, sticky notes, pens, moisturizer, lip balm, charging cords, & clear bottle of water. It's time to rethink how that's all displayed. Hide some things away in a drawer; display small items in a beautiful tray, clear organizers or the below customized unisex organizers

Focus on the statement pieces. A dark wood bed frame; a gorgeous gilded dresser; a velvet arm chair — each bedroom has its own centerpiece, but make sure it's the room's focus. Don't clutter the room with too much furniture, instead letting each piece stand on its own.

Keep the floor empty. Granted, this is more of an organization and cleanliness tip, but don't let that belie its importance: A cluttered bedroom never looks luxurious, so keep the floor clean and orderly — that means no stacks of books and piles of extension cords, either.

Upgrade your hardware. There's no reason to keep the default hardware that came with your dresser and nightstands (unless, of course, it's already visually stunning!). Replacing hardware is a cheap and easy way to upgrade your room, and there are so many ways to personalize the look: Crystal, gemstone, copper, and so many more.

Reorganize your vanity. Just like your nightstand, a cluttered vanity can make your whole bedroom look messy. Now's a good time to buy some makeup storage, or inexpensive stackable multipurpose acrylic chests.

Add a faux orchid or greenery. As always, the quickest and easiest way to upgrade your room from "average" to "expensive-looking" is to add some greenery. What form this takes is up to you: A large fern? Small potted plants on your dresser? No matter how, adding a few plants helps a room make the final leap to luxury.
